Is there a budget, stillen or cattman (or whatever) Y-pipe for an '00 CA-spec Maxima?

My y-pipe is pretty much shot, and the cat looks like a World War I relic. I have a a Megan 2.5" catback setup on backorder, and just might want to put a Y-pipe and new cat on either when I get teh Megan parts, or shortly thereafter.

I cannot find where to get a budget y-pipe. Are they no longer made?

So I'm stuck with stillen and cattman? No big deal, but what's with the "not intended for road legal use" crap? Will I not pass NY State inspection with a cattman or stillen y-pipe?

Stillen you can visit their site and see if they got them still.

Cattman is having a sale right now so check it out .. (give him a call , website out of date)

Budget I believe you have to look on ebay ...

But i would go with Cattman if anything. Great products and a Maxima supporter .

You should pass smog no problem . I passed with my Y-Pipe when I had one, but you might want to search on that since your from NY .

Whatever you by, get stainless steel. It will cost more but you won't ever have corrosion issues like you potentially would with aluminized steel. Since putting my WSP aluminized steel downpipe on, I have found some rust on it even though it's only been driven in one winter since.
