00 altima won't start

I just did an intake manifold gasket, and I connected everything else back on properlyI am getting fuel and sparkHowever the car keeps turning over and not startingwhat could it be?I am stumped

Is the timing set up properly? If the Distributor is off you will still be getting spark just not on the right cylinder at the right time.

make sure you are drawing vacuum (even during crank).
