For the stereo, you can locate replacements on eBay pretty easily for <$100, though I'd recommend just buying a new one. You'll get better sound and more options for probably less money.
The navigation is a little trickier. You didn't say what exactly was going on with it, so I'm going to assume it's missing some critical buttons or is completely inoperable.
If you're a DIYer and looking to delete or install an aftermarket navigation, you can use the information
in this thread. Since the navigation has the climate controls built in, you'll need to rewire things a bit to accommodate the climate controls from a non-navigation version of the QX4/Pathfinder. Reading through that thread is recommended regardless so you have an idea of the situation of things.
The second option is to locate replacements and simply swap out the bad units for some working ones. The navigation units are hard to come by, usually quite expensive ($800+), and are generally going to be missing one or more buttons. I have
one for sale here if you want to go that route. Just be warned that any used unit you buy may start losing buttons at some point as well.
The last option is to send it to a repair place (the dealership can do this) and have it fixed, but it's going to cost multiple thousands of dollars to do so. For that you could bring it somewhere and have them do the aforementioned rewiring
and have a top-of-the-line aftermarket navigation put in.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Factory navigation units like these turn into huge white elephants as the car ages. Let us know what you go for and how it works out!
