i am building a street/race engine that will see about 8000RPM and hopefully 400+WHP

CA18DET, Crower rods, OE STD bearings, ARP fasteners, OE Crank (polished)

any opinions welcomed.

how is polishing going to help with strength of cranki?

it is not, it is going to help with lubrication. the OE crank can handle upward of 450hp,

What turbo ? Don't forget to make sure you have a new oil pump if your going to see 8000 rpm's
