I just cant seen to help myself.

No guessing games here, just win.

Meet my 1986 Nissan pickup. Its got the Z24, a 5 speed transmission, 4wd, and 31 inch tires. She isn't pretty, but mechanically she is in darn good shape. I cant wait to start driving over thins, and picking stuff up.

That makes 4 in the family. Im so proud of myself for finally buying a truck.

Nice! Reliability is always a good thing.

I can foresee some sort of older Nissan pickup in my daily future.

Wait til you decide you want to buy an antique. Once you catch that bug, it's "Honey, we need a bigger garage...or a lift..."

First half year actually. Early 86s are still 720s, where as the later models are the D21s like mine. Fuel injection FTW.

I like gifts.

Functional FTW. On saturday, I hauled a spare Z24 engine, 8 31" tires, and 4 people including myself.

The body has a few rust spots, but mostly surface. The bed has some holes, but the frame is rock solid. Its almost weird, the frame doesn't even have surface rust on it.

I fixed my oil leak today too. It had a bad oil pressure sensor making a mess of everything. I degreased the whole under side of the engine, and replaced it. It will be nice not to leave spots everywhere.

Hauled a bunch of scrap with the truck today, and flat towed a car. I had a good day, but the real bonus came when I got home. Waiting on my table was a NicoClub Support Truck windshield banner. Hopefully I can get it on tomorrow, and get some pictures.

Go find a friend with a trailer, then hook it up and drive around. You will feel so damn manly. Also, mud the s*** out of it.

I too am still drunk on Nissan 4x4 ownership.

There is a car trailer sitting at the shop, but it has a 2" hitch, and has trailer brakes. My truck has a 1 7/8" ball, and no controller. Thats ok though, I dont plan to pull that trailer with this truck.
