What engine management? It says bigger injectors, but nothing else? Not possible.

Ide see if you can get it down alittle lower because of the tires and maybe an alignment because tires are expensive...But sounds pretty good good luck

No way... The simple fact he has a "trashed" list reminds me of 16 year olds that think they're professional drivers and drive the dog s*** out of their car every time they get behind the wheel. "Bro,I beat a mustang yesterday!" "Those mustangs ain't got s*** on muh 240"

Also, just like what was mentioned before, he claims to have bigger injectors, yet there is nothing mentioned about a tune, and I see nothing listed that would require more fuel... (Maybe I'm missing something?)

engine management.

stock ecu thinks you have X injectors, you need something to tell it you have Y injectors.

but just from the description in the first post and the craigslist ad, it sounds like a bucket full of problems.

hopefully you can find a cleaner less "touched" car
