The SOHC and DOHC VG motors cant interchange blocks and heads.So putting DOHC heads on a VG33E won't work.
I would think your best bet is getting a VG30DETT full engine, block/heads/intake manifolds etc etc. All your sensors should work on the 3L, but you might want to check and see if your 2L ecu has the same great tuning capabilities as the 3L.
You could bore the VG30DE with just some after market pistons, and they do sell stroker cranks for it too I think. But the 3L is perfectly capable of high HP.
