So I found a guy here in Vancouver today who has 4 semi-wrecked pathfinders which he is parting out and fixing in his garage. this guy knows tons about pathfinders and specializes in rebuilding wrecked pathfinders and qx4s. He's really into them.

I bought the side rubber window trim pieces from him for $50 each and another $100 to install all 4 onto my truck. Thats a pretty good deal since the dealer wants $150 each not including install. But yah basically between the 4 pathfinders he has in pieces right now you can probably find any part you need.

he has 4 pathfinders, all silver/grey color:

1998 pathfinderanother 1998 pathfinder chilcoot edition2000 pathfinder SE 2001 Pathfinder LE (95% rebuilt already)

Let me know if anyone needs small parts (switches, trim pieces, engine, interior, etc) or even whole pieces like lights, mirrors, doors, wheels, running board...this guy has it all. good prices and cheaper for anyone in the US since its in Canadian $$.

I dont think he will sell too many parts off the 2001 LE since it is almost complete and ready to sell. I already staked a claim on the wood trim though if he will let me swap it out with my black SE trim...gotta wait to see about that one.

The 2000 SE should have a working power antenna though, I will check tomorrow and let u know.

I will also get pictures in the next day or 2 when I am over there next

On the 98 how much for the EVAP purge control valve? It is a small solenoid valve off the back side of the throttle body has two hoses running to it and a two wire electrical connection.

-dark grey switch cover for driver seat...the cover that tilts the seat (smaller switch cover)-Rear passenger side cargo cover...with the vents...in dark grey-Window trim, any-heated seat switch...not the switch itself but the part with the copper contacts-Rear tail/wing-headlight corners for 97-00 qx4...i want to practice putting them in the oven! to make clear corners

if he has any of these let me know a price and ill also give you $$ for shipping and your time!

Qxxx4: what is the rear cargo cover? you mean the leather piece that covers the entire trunk and rolls up? or something in the back seat area?

also, I took the 4 window trims that were in the best shape (installing them tonight) but he has a few others with minimal ammounts of rust. I can take pictures for you if you want so you can decide if you want them or not. They are probably better than how yours are now, but they dont look brand new.

Also he only has corner lights for the pathfinder, would those fit in your QX4?

no the corners are different on the pathfinder. Dont worry about the trim, i want brand new looking ones so thanks anyways

the cargo cover i have (the leather piece) im talking about the trim pieces inside. so where your "trunk" is, the side walls, those pieces come off or at least the passenger side does. Inside theres storage area and a little door for more storage, my cover for that area is missing though

Just a thought:$100.00 to install them is a little steep, no?Last year I bought 4 brand new window trim pieces for my '02 Pathy from courtesyparts.com for about $80.00 a piece.I installed them myself in no-time. A definite DIY job.

Buzzman: for me $100 is a pretty good deal for the install (taking themoff the wrecked pathfinder, takng my rusted ones off and putting the new ones back on).

I dont have the tools needed, or the technical know-how to take apart the doors, glass, etc to do this job...and this guy knows his sh*t and its a piece of cake for him. i'd rather pay a pro than spend my whole weekend trying to do it myself and risk messing something up. plus i can watch him do it and learn more along the way.

$300 for all 4 strips installed is a deccent deal for me. these rusted parts were the worst looking piece of my pathfinder.

oh and the rear wing looks like itd be $$$ to ship so i dont know about that...but i realllly want it lol

sweet if i get these pieces then all I need is window stripping, some paint work, and reweld my side steps and the q will be mint condition. Im hoping to get all this done this summer as my internship pays really well

Qxxx4:

yah that carbon fiber kit looks pretty cool, i'd never seen it before, but I still preffer the wood and hopefully i can kind a LE model to swap the wood out of.

For the Rear Wing, he said shipping wouldnt be back if we stuck it on the greyhound. it would take a week or so but you could just pick it up from the greyhound station and it would be way cheaper than DHL or something. Do you already have the holes drilled in yours to mount it?

The cargo door is dark grey, same as my interior, should be a perfect match for you.

he doesnt have any pathfinders with power seats so unfortunatly no switch cover for you there.

For prices, I still have to figure that out with him later today, hopefully I'll know by the weekend. should be pretty good deals. and yes I do have Paypal. I'll get back to you soon.

sh*t, yah it has to bolt onto the frame of the truck. I think there are screws underneath the 2 contact points from the spoiler to the truck. your qx4 never came with one before? I thought they all had the spoiler from the factory.

I dont know how much it would cost to get a body shop to install the spoiler for you, but it probably wouldn't be too much. or if you take it to a tuner/street racer type shop, those guys are good at drilling and installing spoilers since they do it alot. alot better prices that a autobody shop or dealership i bet.

you only other option is to get the cheap clip-on wind deflector which is a light plastic kind of material. those are cheap but look cheap also. the OEM spoiler is a heavy plastic/aluminum mix.

They all have cloth interiors so I dont think any of them have heated seats, sorry about that.

So do you still want me to get a price on the spoiler for you? and the cargo cover door?

$400 (canadian) for all 4 flares with the clips, screws, etc

The dealership here charges $200 each for them, so thats a pretty good deal. And I'll check to make sure they are all clean and in good shape.

It is actually just beyond the top of your picture. I'll see if I can find or take a pic of it this weekend.

javin: What year truck do you have? these areonly 1998 and 1999 pathfinders, I dont think they had LED clocks on those models. Also for the exterior window trim, you mean the rubber strips that get rusty? if so, I just took all of the good ones for my truck sinc emine were really rusty. There might be 1 or 2 good ones still but probably not a whole set of 4.let me know..

BurntTimber: For sure he has the black rubber type fender flares from the 1998 and 1999 Pathfinders. And I saw one painted fender for a 2001-2004 but I have to check and see if there are 3 more to fit your truck. If the older style fender flares fit, I'm sure you could get them painted to match your body color and it would look good.
