I prefer talking to an actual person to learn what I want, no offense to the people making videos, I'd just rather talk to someone, and not watch a video.24j0hn wrote:id say that you go to this place called http://www.youtube.com and learn how to use bondo and a dent puller... cuz thats the easiest and cheapest way to undo that much of a dent...
There are two kinds of dent pullers, ones you weld a stud on and use a slide hammer, and the other you just drill a certain size hole in the deep spots and the screw you slide hammer into the hole and pulll... and to cover up the holes you BONDO over them and the low spot
just go to youtube and look it up!
I know how, ive been dealing with that stuff for years. Two Fowty wrote:could I get someone's msn or something who knows how to use bondo well. If I knew how to bondo I'd definately go that route, but I need to talk to someone who is experienced. Anyone>
You wont ruin it with bondo, because you just sand it back down again. but try to pull as much as possible out, trust me it will be worth it! Also if you go the bondo route, get this cheese grader looking thing, because it will save you alot of time! Two Fowty wrote:I'm not doing overfenders. I am liking the dent puller/bondo idea. As for the bondo, it seems like a difficult task to learn, and they never mess up in the videos so it's not really a benefit to me, and I wouldn't know when I'm messing it up.
And what if I ruin my fender because I did it wrong.
I was thinking about just getting new qp's off another 240 and I really liked that idea, and I had instructions on how to do it, however... I have no idea where to drill out the spot welds, let alone identify them or know what the look like or anything.Dittoz7 wrote:Dude, Just Get Another 240sx And Swap The Mods.
Cause The Other Side, In My Opinion Is Way Past Over Fenders.
Unless You Straighten, Bondo/Filler, Sand.
Only If It Has No Rust, Which From The Looks Of It Might Have Lots Of It.
Edit: Getting New Wheels Isn't A Bad Idea Cause Those... FWD Offset FTL...
Hmmm.. Sounds good. What materials do I need to do the bondo job.MySXisSlowerThanUrs wrote:

Damage was on there when I bought car. Fail.DirtyGhettoKids wrote:dude just go to a junk yard and cut out a quater panel, get it welded in. and for bondo, all you really need to do is read the side of the screwing can its in. this isnt rocket science, and mabey on your next tokyo drift run you should either do it in an empty parking lot or on a track jackass.
Why will I need to drill holes? And where? Random spots?MySXisSlowerThanUrs wrote:Either sand the pant or get some kind of paint remover or something that dulls out the paint and takes the clear coat off, But i must let you know that you WILL need to drill holes in your quarter panel.. dont sweat it, Its not hard at all Just take you time, BE PATIENT . and pull it out..
In person you couldnt tell if you didnt know
