well I made this out of aluminum and painted it flat black. I like the grill-less look but I can't stand seeing the sides of the headlights and bumper bolts, so I made this to cover them up.It's not perfect but hey, we had aluminum, a vice, black paint and I had some time.

from the pictures, it looks really good. I can understand though why you would say it isnt perfect. There a probably some minor defects that came from bending it but from the pics it looks awesome.

Wow that came out better than i expected! I dont' like the stock grills, but theres a grill that looks similar to how yours looks. It has some netting in the back of it. I'd prefer that, but yours definitely looks better than the stock grill

thanks, yeah like I said it's not absolutely perfect but the imperfections can barely be seen in the pictures anyway..from 10 ft it looks perfect lol

I am thinking of doing some expanded mesh, but idk I think it looks meaner w/out any mesh.

With all that extra HP from increased airflow, you can finally keep up with that srt-4 next to ya!

Anyways, looks way better and meaner than stock. Good Job man!

I guess more air could pass through now that the grill's off. The stock grills have two "slots".

I will most likely not put mesh in

you know what i think would look sick on your bumper is relocating the turn signals.

Smooth out the turn signal holes with fiberglass and bondo and get some bright *** LED orange bulbs and mount them in the scoops/holes next to your fogs. Or even a crazier idea, mount them on the holes on your lip lol.

It probably won't be legal, but if other drivers can see them then i don't think there would be a problem.

Dunno, just brainstorming :P
