if you can see... the inside of the bolt is kinda humped... so that depending on the possition of the bolt when you tighten it, you can change the possition of the rear upper control arm.

but as you can imagine... there's really not that much adjustment available with it. Its really meant for cars with stock oem suspension. Anyone with lowering springs and coilovers have to have adjustable rear upper control arms like these

but I dont think you have to buy it. IIRC, it should already be in the car... its what the alignment guys touch when you get an alignment. I could be wrong though

You can do an alignment in your driveway if you'd like. Just keep in mind when you change the camber the toe will change also so make the adjustments nec. so you don't feel loose in the arce. Also those pictures you have of different bolts are for the front. They replace one of the strut bolts so that when you turn the head of the bolt the cam(black part on bolt in first pic) pushs the knuckle to adjust the camber. Also in the rear of the car the only stock provision for any adjustment is the eccentric at the subframe side of the toe arm. I've seen everything from slotting to using smaller grade 8 bolts to do a redneck alignment if theres no adjustment from the factory for rear camber adjustment.
