really, i have a jwt ecu tune and boosted 15-18 psi on a stock block and it lasted 11 days , caved in the ring lands on every piston, did not bend any rods.20 btm is what i was at also .jwt tunes the ecu to run at that timing , they take caree of the timing in the ecu supposedly. ialso have 615 inj. and z32 maf that the ecu was tuned to when it did it .and as far as the det. thing goes, how are u going to avoid det. at high boostwhen the ka's stock pistons are9.5.1-9.8.1 cuz thats what they are. race gas is gonna help but ur not gonna daily drive race gas are u? no. im also talking dd thats getting beat on every day and lasting years. i guess what im sayin is realistically how much hp's can u have on a dd ,stock internals ka, no race gas cuz ur not gonna dd race gas.93 oct. sorry i wasnt more clear .WDRacing wrote:

The perfect tune? WTF are you talking about...making 350whp is as simple as dropping in a ECU from JWT and adding boost. The pistons are fine for closer to 500whp if you avoid detonation. The rods bend before the pistons go for that matter.
So why don't YOU do some research. Post count does not mean you know what you're talking about.

As a general basis for Noobs that don't know what they're doing douchnozzle.
