so someone jacked your "spare" original key out of your room??!!? it must be someone you know.....maybe your being overhauled.....??

I think he is saying that when he left his keys with the guy who was supposed to fix his car there was an OEM key, and when he got the keys back, the OEM key was missing and a copy was in its place, like whoever took the car, didnt need to hotwire it because they had a key.

Do you always have to leave such unneccessary commentary?

If I felt like it, I could call the police back right now and tell them that you're also a suspect in the case. Then who's laughing?

Because you see, this doesn't make you so hot anymore...

Update:

The yearbook staff is writing a piece for this years YearBook about my stolen 510. They want to take a picture of me holding the title and my keys.

So I pulled out the envelope with my title in it. This envelope also had the keys inside. Well as I pull ou the keys I noticed something that I can't believe I didn't notice before...

One of the keys was not the original.

The key to my club has obviously either been copied or exchanged with another one. My key was from 1989. It was majorly worn, and it was bent at the teeth. The end was not pointy, but round due to wear and tear.

This key however, almost looks brand new, and its as straight as an arrow. The tip of it as sharp and still square. This so obviously isn't my key. I never noticed before because I didn't touch them in case they needed to lift prints from them.

I just thought I'd share this with you all.

Wow. Thieves suck. My friend lives in a gated condo complex and got his 20th AE Golf stolen. It was two kids 15 and 16 going for a joy ride, somehow they had a valet key for it. the plastic one, that locks gas cap and trunk once the car starts.

CA seems like thieve central. I might put full coverage on my Civic SI and drive there and park in shady neighborhoods to fund my 240sx.

Not a bad idea, I bought my 99 Si for $11k. I beat the sh** out of it, and pretty good too, had a lot of fun, got stolen 3 years later and they gave me $13500.

So I basically got PAID to trash my 99 Si, f*** a car payment!

you wouldn't even have too, just park your SI on San Fernando road, near all the industrial districts.

if it has a wing and some rims 10 minutes tops is all you'll have to wait well if you leave it there past 8pm that is

What people do in their own homes is their business. It only becomes a public issue when they bring "under the influence" into the public domain.
