That would be someone in a car that keeps circling the neighborhood, then passes by my house really slowly when they think no one is outside with it...

Trust me, it happens. There's a difference between being paranoid and paying attention to people that slowly drive by your house a few times in the same week and then finding out someone in your neighborhood got their Z32 jacked.

In case none of you have heard, people have started stealing Nissan's and other cars for parts. Who would have guessed? (Sarcasm)

Also not to mention when some jackass actually stole my friends (Nico member Abdo) T3/To4e and other goodies OFF HIS CAR!
