Lemme go outside and see if I have it. Edit in a sec.jamesblonde82 wrote:i REALLY still need this. car's in the garage so its for now, i dont want all that moisture getting under there while i drive it in the rain. thanks guys
oh and this is a very only part. no?
There's a screw holding it. If you pry it out, you will break the bottom portion, but I think you can install it with some sillicone stuff. Right way to remove is you have to go from A pillar interior trim -> rubber molding -> outer metal trim -> corner piece.Loki wrote:Yup, I got it. Couldn't pry it off with my keys though, so I'll break out the screwdrivers tomorrow when I have more light.
Ah, didn't know that. Headline has the usual crack near the rearview. Man, that is one PITA to remove!94_240sx wrote:

Loki....my man, looks like im going to be begging you again sir....
That's what I'm wondering. Mine could survive a nuclear war I believe.jamesblonde82 wrote:damn why is yours so hard to come off when mine will just fall off!!?
Cracks are fine. Yeah, pic please.Loki wrote:BTW I took the headliner out. It has some pretty bad cracks near the rearview and both hole for the sun visors. I can get pics up tomorrow.
jamesblonde82 wrote:any luck with the corner piece?

I do have the windows, but I have no idea how to get them out. Also have the map light rearview, but it was damaged in the crash. I know the mirror itself is cracked, and I'm not sure if the lights were damaged as well. Anyone know a way I could check after removing it?jamesblonde82 wrote:oh i didn't know that was for me, thought it was for 94_240sx. well there are a couple things ive been looking for, a good driver's quarter window i need for sure, the whole assembly would be nice, and did you have a rearview with map lights?
I managed to get a set of 1/4 windows out of a junker vert when they were down. It was not fun, but I managed it somehow.jamesblonde82 wrote:i know the windows gotta be up to get em out. is there a way to change out the mirror?
Nah, it's not the leg that's the trouble, it's my own inexperience as usual. I'm gonna print a couple pages from the FSM (if it works) and take them with me tomorrow.jamesblonde82 wrote:ill take the mirror even tho its cracked, ill see what i can do with it. and the window (driver's side) if its not too much trouble..i know ur leg is still healing.
