Door panel Removal

Any of you guys know how to remove the door panel of a '92 Q? I got all of the clips loose that hold the edge of the door on but cannot get the middle to let go. What's the deal with the arm rest and how do you get it off?

Slide the armrest back and it will reveal 3 screws.... Theres a 4th screw behind the plastic thing on the door...

Be ESTREMELY careful removing the plastic switch plate. Try to "pop" the front out, and "slide" the rear forward to get it out. The arm rests are usually hard to slide back. Grab it with your fingers and pull. It should move back about 1" and fall off in your hand. Then disconnect all the wires, and lift the panel off the window rails. It is quite easy, once you get the switch panels off.
