If 370's run in the neighborhood of -25% to -27% in boost, it seems that 480's would be nearly right at home in the -30% range.
Ultimately, however, the car certainly needs to hit the dyno for some tuning. It's more likely that your stock heat range/gapped plugs are causing the upper rpm range break-up, but I wouldn't rely on any assumption.
Get the colder plugs, gap them to .030" and hit the dyno for some tuning. Get that base timing to 15*BTDC (like Jook already said) before you go, and tune for AFR's around 11.5-12.0:1 (since you don't have any timing control).
I don't think you'll need a new FPR.
Looks like a good setup. Keep us posted on how it goes.
