i was looking for 8s in the front ant 9s in the rear, but found a set of 17x9 all around +22, im probably going to run about a 5mm spacer in front (they are advan sar3s, and need to fit over 28mm z32s)

just getting started on wheel math, will these stick out or rub coilovers (2 deg neg camber on front)

sets ive found1. 17x9+22 x4

2. 17x8+35 x2 17x9+38 x2

3. 17x9+42 x4

all super advan racing 3s

trying to wrap my mind around which set will fit and not look rediculous

x9+22 will prob rub in the front w/o spacers.

They are not crazy tho, it's still conservative (relatively). All you need to do is roll your fenders.

And there are no 28mm z32 calipers, either 26 or 30 - you should clear both w/ advan rims anyway.

I'm running 18x9 +20 all around (or was), was fine. I also ran a slightly stretched tire (225/40).

17x9 +22 will be fine unless you have Zeals.

Fender roll only.

the 17x8 +3517x9 +38 will possibly almost flush with near 0 camber but front may not clear coilovers.

the 17x9 +22 will require camber but it'll look better

17x9 +42 will not clear coilovers at all and sink in pretty disturbing

17x9+22 s are probably what ill go with then, btw i have Tein HAs

i run 1.5 - 2 deg negative camber on front, 0 rear

what would i 'need' to run camber for it to fit, rubbing coilovers? or just to make it flush?

i heard i would need about a 5mm spacer with SAR3s to get z32 fronts to fit (they are 26, not 28, crack smoking)

Why are you running zero camber?

Our tires & cars are made to run w/ negative camber - your handling will be horrible w/ zero camber in the back.

On my x9 +20 w/ 225/40 tires - in the rear, I rolled fenders (no pulling) set to -2 camber, and the top of the rim is "flush" w/ the fender.

Front you should be flush w/ ur current setup.

About coilover rubbing, w/ a 5mm spacer you should clear just fine. The rears are fine as is.

However, I don't think you have to run a spacer to clear zbrakes... coilovers maybe, but not the brakes w/ those rims.

That would not be sunk. It would stick out 1.5" farther than stock s13 wheels, but definately would not clear as you mentioned. Not sure why everybody thinks that +40 is automatically sunk. Do you think that a 17x12+40 is gonna be sunk too?

Anywheel with a 42 Offset on a 240 is either gonna be sunk... or not clear.

If it doenst clear the shock it is instantly irrelevant.

I award your post zero points, and may god have mercy on your soul.

Im gonna make a U shaped suspension delete piece so that I will have more clearance, and run a 17x9.5 +40 and be nice and flush

so the 17x9+22s somebody else already put a deposit on, so im looking at

17x8+35 17x9+38 now, say i run 2 deg neg camber, i should be fine with teins and look ok with that? (possibly needing a 5mm spacer for either z32 brake or coilover clerance on the front)

once i find the weights ill probably order them up

that will fit, but the fronts will be hella sunken in. i suggest you search for "s13 offsets" and start reading. you will find more information than you should need to make a smart choice on wheels.
