My friend had one of those on his MazdaSpeed Protegé (or, at least, a BOV that fits that description perfectly). Man, it drew some odd looks.

one of my old ricer friends had that in his integra, and everyone thought he was turbo charged,(only because it was fast) but the noist that it makes donest even come close to resembling the bov. its like a KOOO. not a pfft. all my freinds were like, oh **** he went turbo over the weekend, and i looked at it and was like. uhhh, you can buy that off ebay for 150. but i remember he went to daytona at the superstreet event a few years ago and no one would race him becasue they figured it was turbo. but i do disntintivly remeber him "blowing off" by a large group of people and someone yelling...NICE VACCUME LINE..it was the funnyest **** ever...i hated it cause it go soo anoying . everytime you get off the gas it goes off. and it would make the same noise wether you were under full load or not. so i heard that mother ****er like KOO 10 times when he was parallel parking. but i think it actually caught on fire.

This is why I love being a part of Nico! We are always a giant leap ahead of the 'other guys'. Its pitiful... they don't even know what a bov does...

There are a couple of guys around here that have fmic's on their civics with no turbo... I saw one guy at Auto Zone who had his connected into his intake manifold... with a air filter on the other side of the ic

btw: that turkey call bov would be awesome on my side of town(villa rica,ga look it up on mapquest... right next to alabama)... just imagine what the rednecks would do!

Having an intercooler without a turbo..hmm.. Wouldnt that KILL low end?.. Or is it top end? I dont remember, but I know one goes away the longer the intake is. Also, that is the dumbest thing I have ever heard!.The BOV releases pressure from the pistons....I would have just agreed with him and let him put the BOV on the block....I am in shock..I Can't believe this!

and the coup de grace: Yeah it wouldn't be of any use, but you can still put it on it just will sit there and not do anything... technically you could install an old washing machine into the engine cavity but again what would be the point?

hooking it up to the cd player would be cool, too. every time the cd makes a complete rotation, PSSHHH

or when songs change. either one. or both. just connect it to everything on the car, so no matter what you do, PSSHHH

sounds like a plan to me! i'll call up mr 1der and we'll have the t-bird running better in no time. with bov action!
