On My 02 Sensor wires (3 of them), (engine running & operating temp) I have the two outter wires reading 12v and an inside middle wire reading .200v - .350v, this voltage doesnt move around at all even if i rev the motor and let it idle.

Questions:

1. Am I supposed to have two legs with 12v on each out of the three?

2. Judging by the middle (im guessing signal) wires voltage, and how it doesnt cycle voltage (change), my 02 is shot? Or is it because I have 2 legs with 12 volts and no ground?

Since I aqm running a Type-X harness & motor and a E6 ECU maybe there is a reason for the o2 harness wires arent where they are supposed to be at. Is there supposed to be a ground? Or is this normal, but I have a bad 02 sensor? Or is this a good 02?

I think I figured out the issue. There are 3 wires running to from the O2 sensor. They are brown, white, and brown with yellow stripe. The brown is the power for the O2 sensor and goes to the battery area wiring (it should get a 12 volt source).

The white (signal) wire runs through shielded wiring to pin #19 on the ECU

The brown with yellow stripe is different between the two harness'. On the kouki harness it goes to the ECU at pin 111, but on the E5/E6 harness it goes to the ECU at pin 114.

Try moving that brown/yellow wire from 111 to 114 and see what happens.

I havent tried yet but I think that half of them deal with EGR/secondary air/boost solenoid/O2 overheat. I havent yet tried to trace them

No problem, I just borrowed my friends Kouki harness and compared it to my spare blacktop harness and connected the dots.
