Do you know that if you can get a clip from Canada, with the exchange rates, you can get a really good deal, becuase a lot of times the seller in Canada, will actually be making a lot more of your dollar than you will be saving on it. Everyone wins! I here they have a pretty big seen for drifting there.

You have to be careful when buying from Canada, especially from a business because they will have to charge fees for importing the motor into the US. Shipping will also be high unless you live on the other side of the border. I jumped in too quick when getting my motor from Canada and the shipping/import fees was roughly $550 shipped to a residential address.

Sent me a blown motor, i didnt compression test it when i first got it. That was my BIG mistake. Bolting on turbo and ITM and then figure that I should Leakdown test it.There is no 2nd Cyl, it didn't exist

I call him up Ronald swears up and down that they compression test every motor. But i say ok and im like hook me up with a motor. He sells me a long block. Long block gets here and..... GUESS WHATRonald from VENUS AUTO has sent me yet another CRAP motor. I leak it down all of the air is coming out of the exhaust.

THANK YOU VENUS AUTO FOR SENDING ME NOT 1 BUT 2 CRAP RB20DET'S

Ronald did not want to do anything about it, I got my $ back and now im rebuilding my 1st crap motor they sent me. But all of there motors are compression tested!!!!!!

You may have gotten 2 bad motors....but you got your money back....so its not like they screwed you....and I was there when the compression checked mine....

RB25DETClipCardinal Performance4100 shippedI would highly recommend them as the clip came spotless with 64000 km's on it. Good compression on all cylinders so we'll see when I get it installed. Very good customer service and quick to respond to all inquiries via e-mail or phone.

1. RB20DET2. Clip3. Venus Auto4. $1200 picked up5. We'll see. The water pump is wrecked and the radiator inlet on the intake mani is rusted pretty bad. I won't hold it against them, since the motor was probably sitting for a long time anyway, but I'm beginning to doubt the compression numbers (175 across the board) are accurate, if, in fact, they actually tested it.
