I have determined that my Valve solenoid is what is causing all the noise. As I have read, the car sounds like a diesel this part may be the culprit. I would like to try the heavy oil trick, how much of the 20 50 should i add? if this does not work, I suppose ill look into getting it replaced but I would rather not spend the money
Thanks!
P.S.
I live right around the corner from Infiniti of Scottsdale, but they did not show the solenoid being available. Ill stop by there tomorrow and check but I think they run around $100.

Last weekend I started the car (with 177K miles on it) after it had sat again for a month; no smoke, no valve noise and no leaks.
Make sure that your engine timing is correct too.

Thanks!
EDIT
I just dug up some info from another search, it could be either
VTC solenoid,
or
fast idle engine solenoid
Ill pull the codes again tonight but there were not any last time I checked.
Thanks for all of your help guys.
