Every bushel has its bad apples, and I'm sad to say we've had a few deadbeat advertisers, who have taken advantage of NICO's willingness to work with small businesses - We forego late charges, penalties and interest on outstanding invoices (because it's simply the right thing to do, in business, and in life).

Feel free to notify others, as a company that can't keep its commitments to its supporting forums is unlikely to take good care of its customers.

So, without further ado, here's the list of companies that have failed to keep up their end of the bargain with your NICO forums... All have more than a month's worth of outstanding invoices, and we've exhausted all available methods of contacting those responsible.

1) HID Vision (www.hidvision.com) - Owes $350.

2) West Coast Turbo (www.westcoast-turbo.com) - (909) 489-2122 - Owes $350. Closed website, still allegedly doing business.

3) Boost Designs (defunct) - Perry J. Oakley, Panama City, FL - Owes well over $1K.

4) KA24DE (www.ka24de.com) - Michel Mikse - Owes $625. Site gone, owner unavailable.

5) TechImportz (www.techimportz.com) - Warren Melliza - Owes $525. Has recently started posting on ScionLife.com forums.

6) Hybrid Performance (www.hybrid-performance.com) - Orlando, FL - (877) 408-7282 - Owes $350.

7) Stylin' Motors (www.stylinmotors.com) - Sigurd Illokken, Cincinnati OH - 513-922-2281 - Owes $875.

8) Custom Enterprise (www.customenterprise.com) - Greg Chickneas - Owes $800. Business sold, no contact with owner.

9) Tuning Factory (www.tuningfactoryinc.com) - Dan / Joe - Owes $200.

10) CoWay HID / PTR Online (roger@ptronline.biz) - Roger Ho-Yen - Owes $150.

11) Tyrant Motorsports (sales@tyrantmotorsports.com) - (801) 447-0207 - Owes $150.

13) 180sx Faktory (180sxworld.com) - Owes $472.50.

14) Sport Compact Only (Motorweb.com) - Owes $1,050.

15) Total JDM (torontojdm.com) - Owes $300.

16) ClutchNet (www.clutchnet.com) - Owes $750.

17) Japan Racing Engines (info@japanracingengines.com) - Owes $600.

18) Shop4Wheel.com - (teamspeedfactory.com) - Owes $600.

19) Velocity Factor - (sales@velocityfactor.net) - Owes $67.50.

20) MileOne - (jkessler@mileone.com) - Owes $1,440.

21) Nissan Only Wreckers (www.ninfiniti.com) - Owes $750.

22) Interior Web Design (running ads for Vivid Racing) - Owes $900.

23) RB-Performance.net (otis@rb-performance.net) - Owes $500.

I am searching for the old threads or any mention of those exxpresfuelpumps.com deceiving thieves who are still keeping some US$1500 from us but cannot find anything in NICO. How come?

I believe that they will never make things right for us... We are in the other side of the fookin' world. They just don't give a #@$@%. Sorry for talking like that Greg but we are still frustrated... If you can help us in any way I(nismoclub.gr CEO) will be really happy and grateful...

LOCKO, they usually go hand-in-hand. Treat them as owing money to NICO AND HAVING STOLEN MONEY from their customers.

EXPRESSFUELPUMPS.COM (and every almost every other site with a name ending in FUELPUMPS.COM - they all belong to the same lying cheats - they are registered to the same person/company ) has stolen over USD$ 1700 from us in a Group Buy and they returned only $500-something before they decided they can get away with stealing and seized returning calls, emails, etc.
