i wish ours did that, those long highway drives it'd be nice, i have to put my seat straight up to actually use the headrest, useless.AZhitman wrote:Seems to be common for Infinitis...
I had my Q45 for 3 years before I figured out the headrests rotated forward / backward... DOH!
I was surprised to find this on my '98 Pathy. Nice feature!Qxxx4 wrote:OH and reading the brochure 2 months ago i realized the mirrors are also heated when the defrost is on for the rear window
I'm surprised you didn't notice this feature, given our winters.Qxxx4 wrote:OH and reading the brochure 2 months ago i realized the mirrors are also heated when the defrost is on for the rear window.
I found this out 2 years ago as well, but only after I ripped one off while offroading (it's still not been replaced).Lars wrote:

The owners' manual insists you can roll them up by holding the lock button on the remote, but I've never been able to do it. Only down.Buzzman wrote:As for other surprises, it was 2 years before I discovered I could lower my front windows using my remote. Great feature.(I just wish I could roll them up again the same way.)
I tried the driver key cylinder in lock position to roll up the window. It doesn't work. I am not sure of newer models. Mine is 2002.Pwnin O’Brien wrote:I don't think you can roll them up with the remote, only the key. If you put the key in the drivers key cylinder and hold in the unlock position, it will open the windows. If you hold it in the lock position, it will close the windows.
Sorry I have to correct myself: It DOES work in the driver key cylinder.QX4ME wrote:

OMG I had no idea? I hope my 2001 QX has this for some strange reason other than the cool factor.Densetsu wrote:Hold down the unlock button on your remote for at least 3 seconds, the drivers and passenger windows will begin to roll down.
Hmm... double-checking, it looks like it *doesn't* say in the manual that rolling up the windows is supported. Which is really weird to me... why let us roll them down with the remote but not up?
From 01 owner's manual, ther is not such feature.I thought 01 and 02 are basically the same.KyooX4 wrote:The remote window function doesn't work on my 01 qx4. Are they equipped with it?
I just found out this weekend that he died. With all the Michael Jackson bull$hit out there, Billy's death went pretty much unnoticed. Made me sad. I liked the guy.Qxxx4 wrote:what?? the back seats recline? like back? no wayyy...ima try that
arent you freaked out about ur avatar? billy mays...you had that before the poor guy died!
damn straight, thriller was a good song, but oxi clean had some rediculous stain fighting power. Now that Vince guy is taking his place, now he's a prick, Sham-wow sucked, leaves so much lint on the carBuzzman wrote:

Yea I am going to change it, I suppose someone would think it offensive when I simply thouoght the guy was cool. Sad he passed so young.Qxxx4 wrote:what?? the back seats recline? like back? no wayyy...ima try that

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Mine either, a 2001. Too old?KyooX4 wrote:The remote window function doesn't work on my 01 qx4. Are they equipped with it?
I'm so tired of the Michael Jackson coverage. I was watching CNN one day and they literally played the footage of MJ holding the baby over the balcony in a loop 4-5 times in a row. I'm tired of only hearing the negative spin. Like his financial issues, yea but no mention of the $150 - $300 million he donated which set records for his profession.Buzzman wrote:
