Got some crappy little videos of my Sil80 s13 drifting her in Florida at a circle track in bradention called Desoto Speedway, it has a pretty sweet infield and some pictures of my car at Orlando Speed World.

So that brings up the question. How is your RB getting the job done? Post up any videos or pictures you have of you RB in action.

So far, I 80% of the time use the RB as a wrenching project. It rarely moves and when it does, it is via the engine hoist.

Seriously, I have probably been able to drive it for 6 months before having to store it again.

When the car is in use, it is mostly just a daily driver/cruiser with Friday night trips to the drag strip where I manage to break driveshafts and other misc. crap. Not to mention I don't have AC and I sweat my nuts off on the way to and from the strip 2 hours away. cdorhout and his gf can attest to my nuts sweating off

BTW ripracer, I love your wheels. Are those Work Equips?

I really just loved to beat the **** out of mine when it worked, grabbing gears while the tires begged for traction was one of my favorite past times.

Will they let you practice getting full lock around the banked corners? We do drift demos at a circle track here in mn setup about the same.

So far my 25 is _really_ good at incinerating large stacks of currency...

but seriously, it is a rather bland DD, and weekend 'fun' car. I plan on attending a HPDE with it in April, so I shall see how she does!

I do love the look of your car rip! I lived in Oxford about 2 yrs ago, worked with T&D. Had a stock RB25 in a 2 color red 89 coupe. Since it has grown into a monster. Where'd you get your motor set from?

The bank at the track is a monster, like you better no modulate the throttle or your going into the wall. Full-lock can be achieved transitioning through straightaway to next corner.

Ha I use to work in the Villages for Osteen Underground, drove a little black zx2 back then.

Oh and I pretty much use the RB to take up space in the garage, or melt tires when its not freezing here.

when i had my RB it was used for dedicated track duty. HPDE and drift. over 2 years of nothing but that. it was great to me. it would sit for weeks at a time then go full throttle for a day or 2, then sit again.

here she was in her glory

now i have a better engine tho

whats that? an ls1?

I only have the rb20 and it makes decent power and keeps the stock KA guys jealous, but if I could do it again I would go rb25 for the added torque from displacement and a bit easier to 350 ft/lbs to the ground.

Whoring out some track justice pics.

Beating some good ol z06

Mainly track dedicated, and sometimes i let it take walks out onto the streets and highways for some cruising. Its kinda odd not driving it flat out balls the wall all the time, because thats what the engine feels like thats all that it wants.

Shoot i have drove my rb every day for over 4 years now, i have beat it every weekend Drag, Drift, and just pure abuse. the only trouble i have had with it is ignition ( Which is forever fixed lol ). i have had one of my rb cars down for upgrades for a couple years but it was only to make a project out of it. As far as reliability i wouldent have another nissan engine in my car! I LOVE IT!!

kamin how would you compare the ls to the rb? power wise? i would love to have another s13 with a chevy v8, pure win

Hey shocker can you post a front pic of your ride??

Hmmmm...I think I could come up with a few of the attributes the LS1 has over the RB25.

I have some ignition problems sometimes, what did you do to forever fix it?
