How hard is it to covert to top feed? can I use the ka24e fuel rail if I can make some kind of bracket so that it will mount onto the DEWDRacing wrote:Top feed injectors own side feeds.
Easy how much you want for your 740 with rail ill trade you plus cash on my end for my 370 top feed with greddy fuel rail.eazye2000 wrote:Here's my perspective.
I've been running sidefeed 740cc's for a while now. I thought they were overkill for whatever I wanted to shoot for. They have let me upgrade into 3 different turbo's, 3076R being the most recent.
But now I want more (again). But for the cost to stay down, I have to go with top feeds. I could upgrade to 850 Sards or something, but I still have the sidefeed rail. I should have went with a top feed rail in the beginning. Top feed rail + high impedance injectors = the price of bigger side feeds.
Had I went with a top feed rail in the beginning, I wouldn't be worrying about it now.
I really hope that made sense...

Here's the cheapest top feed fuel rail available to my knowledge.

Soon as I get my injectors in, and installed, they will be available. I already have a Project Silvia rail. Just need injectors, and take a trip to Radio Shack for resistors.E-mail me if you're interested still. Just got around to looking at this again.Lonismos14 wrote:
