No its not, I have 2 5 speed trannys sitting in the floor of my work shop(not for sale) and have pulled countless more, and I can say with 100% confidence that that is the transmission vent hose and that it bolts down under one of the top bellhousing boltspungkiteater_671 wrote:yes it is it even has the ground connector at the end
