Definitely change the oil first. Then disconnect the fuel line before it gets to the injectors, and turn the key to the "ON position" to start the fuel pump. Do this for a few minutes, then give the pump a break, and do it for a few minutes again til most of the gas is out. Bring fresh gas to the car and put it in. Cycle the pump about 2 more times, then change the fuel filter. Replace the battery and crank her up. After running for 5 or so minutes, if you don't see any leaks, change out the coolant (after everything has cooled off of course). It would probably also be a good idea to change out the thermostat and maybe the coolant temp sensor.
After that I'd do a fluid flush in the transmission, then change the oil in the rear diff. After 2 tanks of fuel, I'd run seafoam through it, then change the fuel filter again, and then give it the tune-up (plugs, wires, cap/rotor, O2 sensor, belts, and some hoses).
Other than that you're going to have to play it by ear (listen for any squeaks/rattles/hisses/leaks).
