I do notice some days it drives straighter than others depending on how cold it is. This is very frustrating because I've had it checked twice but they keep on suggesting replacing tires which are expensive when my tires have plenty of life left. If the alignment improves things what is making it out of alignment? I do have '07 350Z wheels on my Maxima but would this be causing the issue? Anyway let me know if you figure it out and I'll do the same.
If the car was driven for any length of time and the front end geometry was off, the tires wore unevenly. This can make the car pull even though the front end is aligned properly. Try switching the front tires left to right and right to left. Then see if the car pulls the opposite direction it was before. If it does, the tires are causing the problem.
