And I was crazy about keeping my car clean. This is just ridiculous and kind of pointless.

This guys schedule:

Head to work several hours early. Reason being, the car will get dirty on the way over there so he's going to have to detail it so it will look good in the parking lot all day.

After a hard days work spend 4 hours re-detailing the car, it got absolutely FILTHY while sitting in that parking spot.

Finally when he gets home, detail it one last time before bed. It must have picked up at least 6 or 7 specks of dirt on the way home.

Sleep. Repeat.

yea, even wiping off the dirt from the 6+ layers of wax isn't good enough. I bet even Ferrari doesn't do that immense amount of detailing on their cars once they have finished production

A google is 10 to the 100th power. A number that is so big, but still not close to infinity

Ok no amount of wax will prevent a severe case of delamination and paint fading from the amount of detailing that dude does. I've seen people who were so OCD about detailing their cars that they detailed the paint away in a matter of 2 or 3 years.

I just took a fast look.... Good Lord... How is this idiot gonna react when he gets a paint chip, splashed with mud or, coming home from the pub and one of his mates tosses his cookies in the car?

He CAN NOT have a girl friend.

Just cruised through the first couple of pages. I just have to ask, why on earth would you detail a car to that extent, I can understand the paint and rims, even the interior (though wouldn't you normally wait until all the interior work is done?) but to detail the brake pad clips is insane, along with the undercarriage. Oh and by and far ...

This is the SICKEST VW Mk 1 on the planet.
