Getting the leafs re-arched is all I can think of. I think you can get a 2" drop from doing that.

You could let the air out of the tires

there are several things you can do to get the truck down. I just picked up some 3" drop spindles for the front amd 3 " lowered leaf packs from Stillen. All parts are Bell-tech. THe front spring hangars can be cut even with the lower part of the frame and redrilling a hole to move the laef pack closer to the frame. that mod is good for about 1.5" of drop. I recommend you get the rear frame notched for clearance otherwise you'll smack the axle to the frame over large bumps. I also picked up a full set of Nitro Drop @ shocks as well. This along with a set of 18" Titan 5 spokes should be nice. If you want to go lower you're talking major frame work.

Toy front bumper, smooth rollpan, pathfinder buckets & door mirrors, frontier console, Tucked Flowmaster exhaust
All Belltech suspension shocks 3" leafpack 2" drop spindles, a cut leaf hangars. Nismo 16" wheels, Alpie cd Type R 6.5" separates and 10" JL sub. futures updates as they happen
