My fog lights on my 2006 qx56 don't shut off. I live in Canada, and we have to have daytime running lights by law...and this is a US car. So I'm assuming that the fog lights were converted into dayitme running lights? What's annoying is that the fog light switch is now useless...my damn fog lights are always on when the car is on.Is there anyway i can get someone to turn the headlights into daytime running lights, and make the fog lights normal? Is cost expensive?
I'm sorry if all I do is ask questions around here...I'm not an expert on QX56's, or cars for that matter...but I say, besides the gas guzzling, this car is a BEAST.
And yes, you would just need to get the wiring diagram and wire the fogs back into the fog switch. Although if this is illegal you may have a problem finding someone to do it...
