I've looked for a how to or guide on doing this swap, but unfortuantely have come up short. Anyone with some information on how to do it or even point me in the direction on some kind of how to for it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure if connections/wiring is identical between the two, so you'll need to check into that.

Take a look at the body section of the FSMs for the respective cars. That should shed some light on what you'd be looking at.
