I don't post often, and please excuse my user name, because I've been spending the year cleaning my altima coupe but the Z does get a lot of use on the weekends or when ever I decide to spring a drive to work. I want to start on my Z with the wheels up. My ultimate goal is have the block and twin turbo kit taken care of by Sound Performance in Illinois, but that's getting a head of myself.
I would love to run a nice, wide tire on this thing but I'm unfamiliar with what I can get away with on the Z. For example, I know I can mount a 245 tire to an 8.5" wheel with a +34 offset and just barely get away with clearance on my Altima coupe. Wouldn't mind rolling the rear lips on the Z but want to keep it a little close for minor rolling. So do you guys have any suggestions that will help me out as far as rim width and offset for a 295 tire? Thanks, really need the help as every wheel and tire shop will only tell me a safe fit.
