You'll need a 10 mm Allen socket for the head bolts. You'll want at least a 3/8" socket as they are usually torqued in there pretty good. If you can only find 1/4" types you'll need an impact wrench to avoid breaking them.
Other than that, the only other thing I can think of off hand would be a tap to chase the threads in the block for the head bolts (for a proper rebuild). I want to say they're 12 mm fine thread but I can't remember off hand.
Also, if you're planning on doing the bearings as well you will need to get some plastigauge (micrometer would be even better but those are $$$) and if you're pulling the pistons you may consider a piston ring compressor.
I can't think of much else off hand.
