There aren't any kits that I know of.

The engine bay of the S12 is supposed to very tight making a turbo difficult to do. I have seen someone do a sort of rear mount setup on one in the past though. May also look into putting it in front of the engine if there's enough room with an e-fan setup. I've not got to see one personally so don't know how to best pull it off. Either way, it will definitely be a custom job.

The turbo manifold will definitely bolt to the engine, you'll just need to make sure you have the proper clearance. There is a crossover pipe that goes behind the engine, you'll need to make sure you have clearance between the engine and firewall for that. Also, you need to check for any possible clearance issues with the steering rack and/or motor mount where the turbo will sit.

Its only a T3 style so its rather small. I'd say its probably no bigger than 8 inches at its longest point... maybe closer to 6 inches. I have one in the garage, I'll try to get out there and measure it for you.

I'm not sure off hand... though you don't necessarily want to get the biggest one in there you can. You simply want the one that flows good and will handle the power you want. Too big and you can have slower spooling and potentially higher pressure losses. I like the units that http://www.treadstoneperformance.com sells, specifically the TRV series. That particular style is said to be the best aftercooler you can get as far as flow and efficiency go.

You may punch those numbers in at eBay and see what you come up with. I've come up with some odd sized aftercoolers by doing that so that will probably be your best bet.
