Throttle Cable Bracket - how to & pics

Let's make this a useful thread to show some various ideas & pictures of how RB20/25 throttle cable brackets have been completed. Please post up pictures of your throttle cable bracket on RB setups (with stock IM) along with any modifications you made to the bracket or the cable itself.

Also I went through the engine pic thread and it seems like some people are using the stock KA (??) throttle cable bracket in the stock RB20 mounting holes. How is this being done without lengthening the S13 DOHC cable?

I compiled some of the better photos from the pic thread showing bracket setups below... Hopefully this thread helps give someone ideas about what needs to be done when the time comes to run the throttle cable on their swap...

zipties.srysly.my s13's cable i had ziptied down to the stock rb bracket.you can also make a new cable using the existing sheathing and some new 1/16" wire rope and throttle stops...done this on a few cars and allows you to use the stock adjuster.

Hey I was hoping you would chime in, do you have any pics of the lengthened s13 dohc cable? I wasn't clear bout your last post about it in the other thread. Where do you splice/lengthen it so the stops don't interfere?

Yea i couldn't live without it. Pretty easy to do if you have a welder a grinder and a KA throttle pulley laying around.
