piece of 1/4 inch flat bar, bend it up, make a recess, drill some mounting holes, yup there you have it.

if you're using the stock plenum then i normaly get some 1/16" wire rope and some throttle stops and just use the exisiting cable to make a new one with adjustment.

Carl how do you recommend fixing those ends on the 1/16" steel rope? Soldering or a mechanical fastener?

i usualy ream out the throttle stop hole to 1/16" and slide the cable thru...do this on the inside first and ensure you have enough free slack then pull it thru the cable, install throttle stop on the tb and clamp it down.use a dremel to cut off the excess...if there's enough demand i'll post a how to.

Yea it came damaged like that. But they included a free manifold with it so its not like I had something to worry about. Eitherway I bought a custom intake first before turning over the motor lol.

And yes, Im interested in what carl h means.

I'm confused too Carl. Are you saying to put the wire through the stop, put the stop on the TB for fitment/length, fold the wire back on itself and clamp it to itself and trim the excess tag end?? Am I envisioning this right?

I just made a template out of cardboard and then transferred it to a piece of diamond plate. Seriously. Utilized the stock S-13 throttle cable on my 25 IM.
