Speedo works, but not sure of it's accuracy. Should be testing tonight. Will verify and vote then.

No Jon Powell did mine. Nothing worked to the trans, including the rev lights and neutral switch.

2 winters ago when I removed the motor and trans I couldn't get the stupid sensor clips off of the trans, so I just cut the wires after about an hour of struggle. I have nothing going to my trans now.

Mine worked and read the same as before my swap. I did the wiring. Verified with radar detecting speed limit sign. S14.

now this raises an interesting question, we have two s14 owners one who had theirs recalibrated and the other worked out of the box...

My speedo was perfect just by hooking it up to the RB speed sensor.

S14 + RB25 SII

Did you hook it up to see if it actually was off before you sent it to lsauto or did lsauto just take your money and ship your cluster right back to you untouched?

I was using an S13 speed sensor in a Z32 transmission with J30 rearend in an S14.

WAYYY off.

I recalibrated it ala stickies at freshalloy and its within a couple MPH. Verified by GPS.

I did my wiring.

Mine works but its off, about half as fast as it says it is if its on mph, if i switch it to kilomiters then its about 15-20 off if you were to pretend kilomiters were mph. If that makes sense

lol looks like I'm the only lazy bastard who doesn't care about a speedo and uses his Tach. It's only good to 115 anyways.

seems like this issue is s13 only, apparently the s14 speedo can 'read' the rb speed signal.we finished the neo swap that i was working on (in the rain and me under the car for the better part of last saturday) but the speedo reads low...i bet there is a fix for it some how.

RB25 SII into an S13 and the speedo read slow. Using a JDM S13 speed gauge i was able to recalibrate kmh to mph using the pot on the back.

Mine worked for a bit. Not sure if it was accurate or not, but its dead now and doesn't move. Time for a new cluster since I think its dead.

I just put a Z32 speed sensor in and used the red gear.

It seemed accurate.

Now i have an RB20 trans though with a KA24DE speed sensor so its almost perfect.

both of my stock s14 speedo and my converted jdm speedo work perfectly when i run my stock tires (diameter) but when i run my 255-50-16 tires in the rear it reads about 7mph high. i did my own wiring and my reverse lights work and speedo.

My s13 speedo reads nothing. Which doesn't bother me cause I flow with traffic anyways. But the only thing that works on my cluster now is the gas gauge. So Im happy with just that

I have a SI RB25 in my S14. I am using the Gauge cluster from the clip that came w/ the motorset. It reads just fine in Km/Hr, and I do the MPH conversion in my head. The guy that I bought the car off of did my swap. Everything in the cluster works, CEL/brake/oil/etx
