Hey guys,

STILLEN is excited to announce another group buy for Altima owners. You asked for a group buy on Eibach, so we’re giving you a group buy on Eibach.

We have come up with some great prices and we know this group buy will be a success just like the last one.

Based on the interest expressed here, we will need to secure orders of at least 50 kits to maintain this group buy pricing. We’re doing a special buy buy-in with Eibach on your behalf. To secure this pricing, our order to Eibach had to be a lot larger than 50, so there is room for more than 50 people to get involved. , but we wanted to get the best possible price for you, and hopefully others will step up and take advantage of this, so we’re willing to stock more kits so everyone will have a chance at getting in at this price.

Pricing:

Our relationship with Eibach does not allow us to advertise this low of a price, but if you’ll look at responses below this post, you will see the exceptional pricing for this group buy.

Shipping:

There will be a flat rate of $9.95 for insurance and handling for orders shipped to your door in the 48 states. For people in Hawaii we will work with USPS on shipping for you guys. We got a few quotes from UPS and they were around $100.00. USPS came in around $50.00. For the guys in Canada, the 9.95 will get the springs to the U.S. border, you will be responsible for any duty that might apply, inland freight and brokerage fees. Delivery Date:

We have been working with Eibach to see how quickly they can begin shipping these springs. So far they’ve said that they will have kits ready to ship by the middle to end of March. However, many of you that followed the Injen group buy will remember that kits were trickling in the entire time. The sooner you order, the sooner you get your kits.

Part Numbers:

Now, before others ask, this GB is limited to the 07-08 Altimas. We could include previous models, but we’d need confirmation of at least 25 kits, and we could see what that price would be. PM me directly with interest, as to not take this GB thread off topic.

6381.140 - 07-08 Altima Sedan 3.5L V6

6382.140 - 07-08 Altima Sedan 2.5L I4

6385.140 - 08-08 Altima Coupe 3.5L V6

6386.140 - 08-08 Altima Coupe 2.5L I4

Here is the link to follow for the ordering information.

As with the Injen group buy, orders can be placed directly over the phone or on our website with a special Group Buy Coupon Code (EIBACHGB), and the amount will be adjusted after your order is placed. Your credit card will not be charged until the product ships, but it will be authorized to ensure all of the information is correct.

To order over the phone please call 800-889-8612 and you can speak directly with one of our sports car representatives.

Kyle, you are the man!

Just completed my order online. So I understand it's okay for us to post the final price here, you just cannot advertise it yourself? Right now my final price BEFORE adjustment came out at $277.87 ($247.50 for the parts + $9.95 insurance + $20.42 CA sales tax)

I will update this post once I get the adjusted price. Thanks again!

Update: I guess I should have checked my emails earlier, there it was already waiting for me from Margaret with the pricing info. It's $189 + $9.95 Insurance, so in my case with CA sales tax the total will come out at $214.54. AWESOME!

You can place the order, we will be in contact as these are shipping. Margaret is really good about keeping in touch, if you're looking for possible Next Day Air shipping from there, you can put that in the comments, but select Ground now to take advantage of the lower price, and decide later.

Kyle or Josh,

How would I go about the shipping for Hawaii? Do I add $50 to the total if I want it sent USPS? Or would it be better for me to call Margaret directly?

I would definitely recommend adding a note in the "comments" portion of the online order, and Margaret can confirm the details for you.

We preplanned some of the costs using USPS to HI (as discussed in the previous thread), and $50 was a strong estimate of the cost (we still haven't gotten exact weights/dimensions from Eibach).

As far as availability, we are pushing Eibach hard to get these as soon as possible, but we're still looking at approximately 4 weeks, and we will be continually updating you guys. We will be shipping these as a first order, first ship basis, so those getting in now will have the first sets as they become available.

We will be adjusting the price after the order is placed. Margaret will get to yours first thing in the morning, and will email you a confirmation. You can always click the "order status" link from the email, and you'll see the adjustment and correct pricing (once she gets to it tomorrow).

Not bothering us at all, I'm sure others would have had the same questions. You can check your order status now and you'll see the price has been adjusted. Thanks for the order!

Phong at Eibach is the research and development manager that did my prototype. I just got off the phone with him and he said the market date is February 22nd. I'm not sure how long it will take to make everyones sets, however they will be available for shipping on the 22nd!

Blake, we have heard word that there will be VERY LIMITED AMOUNTS released on 2/22, with the rest being as long as 4-5 weeks after that.

We're trying to be cautious on what we promise you guys, and at the same time, you should see our Sales Manager giving Eibach hell to get these done, it's been waaaay to long.

We're doing everything we can to get as many as possible, and will get them out just as soon as physically possible.

(On the other hand, if you're hearing some new information from Phong, and they have managed to push full production availability to 2/22, there are going to be a lot of lowered Altima's in February.. )

ARghh.. I want a set of springs so badly but i dont think my car will function as a daily driver in the winter if i have em on.I already scrape snow when the blizzards hit.. I need suggestions!!

BTW, when snow hits the bottom of the car, it sounds like theres alot of empty space somewhere on the chasis. It usually sounds like a bunch of tin cans banging into each other, which doesnt happen to me in any other car.. I wonder what the floor panels are made of..

Anyways, i guess i ahve time to decide still..

How long is the winter in Toronto? months? Is using Eibach in summer time and use OEM springs in winter an option?

No. It would be an option if it didnt cost me anything to remove/add the springs every winter. But i hear the install cost would be 200$ + and im not willing to dish out that every year because of winter.

Winter usually starts around late december here going to about mid march. And during times like this, we've had 20-30 cm blizzards hit once a week for 3 weeks now. Some years its good and we have at max 5-10cm on the ground, i dont even know if that would scrape or not.
