Hey man, cars looking good...what did you do to get your interior like that? A kit, special order, etc????
Do you know where I can get the kit, theres one on Ebay, do you know anyone that has gotten it, is it any good?A Paratrooper’s 300zx wrote:O lol the pic of the yellow interior is not my car. I haven't done my interior yet but I will be doing it soon. As far as the yellow vinyl, there are a couple of different kits that you can get and put on your self.
can you still do that? how are they made? i may be interested relatively soon if i get some good feedback from other users about it. the other one i'd get would be the AMS for $100. sorry to bring up an old thread!SilverTwin wrote:It is me, I haven't made any for a while but I have received several inquiries recently so I will likely be making up a batch in the near future. I charge $55 shipped plus the return of a stock shifter as a core.

I agree here. I like the shifter to feel... substantial.tg wrote:how is the weight of it? I'm one who likes a heavy shift knob so I hope it still a good steel core...

The weight is a bit heavier than stock I believe and feels pretty solid. It sure makes shifting to each gear very smooth and controlled.Honad wrote:I agree here. I like the shifter to feel... substantial.
