Yeah so taking it into Jiffy Lube was a bigtime fail, but you can redeem yourself. The damage is no doubt done, but it might not be enough totally ruin your engine, but it probably decreased it's lifespan a bit. First thing you are going to do is change your oil YOURSELF this time. If you don't have time, make it. Seriously. It's a fast, easy process. Check the oil you drain for any metal bits of the bearings. There will probably be a few, but size and quantity is what we should be worried about. Refill the oil and keep it change and filled religiously. As long as it didn't start knocking, or if it did, it doesn't continue after the oil change, you'll be OK for the time being, it's possible that after filling it up you are good to go and never have problems, or equally possible your car might be a ticking time bomb. It can go either way really but the bearings on SR's are more durable than people give it credit for. I'd also be worried about the head myself. SR heads are really oil dependent, especially lifters.
