Just got my Eibach Pro-kit springs, motegi traklite wheels, and toyo proxes 4 tires installed/mounted last night. Here are a couple before and after pictures to see the comparison. Comments and/or different angle requests would be great!

Note: two of the motegi center caps were damaged so I need to send them back to American Racing Monday. Also, springs will settle about another 1/2 inch lower over the next couple weeks.

The Traklights are pretty slick on there. Once those springs settle it'll look good, man.

thanks. a lot of people don't like the wheels, especially over in the wheels/suspension forums. i don't care i like the way it looks, especially in person, and i'm more worried about a combination between performance and looks than just looks alone. if UPS ever finds my brm exhaust that they seem to have misplaced, i'll put that on, clean up the car real nice, and post some more pictures and sound clips.

thank you thank you. what do you think about the black painted calipers? the guy that did the install took it upon himself to paint those without asking. he wasn't there when i picked up the car, so i'm getting ready to chew him a new *** tomorrow morning. i liked the se-r calipers better but i guess it's too late now...

The installer painted your calipers without consulting you? What the hell is that all about. I'd make the shop take care of that. Thats ridiculous.

yeah tell me about it, who does that? next i am planning on putting on a brm stainless steel catback, it's already ordered but good old ups has "misplaced" it and can't find it at the moment. after that i plan on an injen cai if/when they ever release it. then we'll just have to see what the aftermarket has to offer..

I hadn't noticed the black calipers til you said it.

Honestly, if they're going to be painted, black is the right color. I think they look fine.

They look fine, but I like the SE-R calipers better, and I think I'd KILL the person who took it upon himself to paint them.

As far as the wheels/lowering, good choice with your paint color of your car. It looks REALLY good.

i did take some pictures while i was at work but it was really really sunny out and they didn't look good, all washed out. the day after that it snowed like 5 inches, which is still in the process of melting. i'm installing my brm exhaust tomorrow and when i get a chance to clean up the car i'll post some more pics and a soundclip. sorry for the delay.

The Sportlines lower the car TOO much, past the recommended lowering of the stock struts. I have; however, seen a 2.5L Altima lowered on Sportlines for quite a while without any problems.

if i had planned on replacing the struts i would have gone for the sportlines, but don't want to invest that much into the car right now. the prokit gave me the look i was going for so i'm happy.

I agree with you. That's what's making me tossed between the Eibachs and getting the Nismo kit WHENEVER it comes out.

how much do the nismo shock/strut combo cost? i know ksport is coming out with a coilover soon for like $1000. i've just not been a fan of how much nismo charges for their products... and i don't think they give all that much of a drop either.

$850 was the B15 Sentra price and on a 1.8S it dropped the car about an inch or so...but the handling was INCREDIBLY noticeable.

hopefully the nismo springs for the b16 will lower more than an inch, that won't even touch the fender gap on the new sentras. honestly, even though i like the look of the prokit for MY taste, i think the 07's could use to be lowered even more for anyone who plans on racing. i think a 2" drop in front and 1.5" in back like the sportlines will give should look really good for those looking for a more extreme change.

hey, is there any chance for an update? I'd like to see a few more pics of your car. It looks awesome in your BRM exhaust video on youtube. I'd like to see a flush side photo and a straight on front and rear shot if you don't mind requests!
