WD - 'Test' this method.
Align the tab, lip, 'awning', gap, space, ect that you can pry against that these guys are talking about using with the screw driver pop method with the screw hole on the fuel rail. This gives you 10 times more space to pry against.
My method for removing Ka injectors is as follows. Pop off caps. Rotate injectors until the plug of the injector is lined up with one of the two bolt holes, whichever one is easier to get access with with a flathead. Use the extra flatspace given to you by the bolt holes to pry against, and the lip on the injectors and they pop right out. If you use a small screw driver, your injectors barrreeeely take any damage at all.
The vice grip method is great for tearing up injectors, but works fine.
