Sub woofers in my car

okay.. So i have a Nissan Rogue 2011 and i want to put a sub in it. But I want to put it underneath my backseat.. Is that possible? and what after-market radio/deck should i buy? price range around 100-150..

welcome to the forum.
sorry to tell you - there is no room for subs under the rear seats. its not like a larger SUV that has the clearance.

look into my signature in the FAQ/DIY link there will be a place for audio upgrades in there.

if you check my previous post about this you'll see a pic of where it's located and about the size of the woofer as well.

You should do a little more research about aftermarket car audio. Bose, JBL, etc... any of these factory units are not plug and play systems. you don't just plug up a more powerful amp or a different speaker and it just works. Now if you wanted to add an amp and woofer you could do that and their are a few ways to do that.

Alot of the work that you may want done i'll be able to guide you or someone else might be able to but any audio system in the SL equipped Rogues are going to take a nice amount of work and some pretty pennies. Most Audio shops are not Bose freindly, as most of them need to be completely rewired to accomplish any install. I'll be posting some more about my install in the upcoming weeks.

not gonna lie, i love the BOSE system that came with my 08. the sub is just enough, and it does me good.
but i was young once, and wanted a serious sub system - so not going to say anything.

hey OP - do you have the bose sub now?
