Yes, his build inspired me.NolimitZ32 wrote:Yeah headers will have to modified, every single SBC/BBC swap I've ever seen in a Z32 has had to have the headers redone, get a hold of shannon furgeson, he did a BBC (IIRC) swap and a very clean one at that he may be able to give you some pointers.
lol, i love it, I spent some more time on it this morning. It is actually centered now and not hangin off the one edge. I was a little off at first. Shifter and linkage is finished though.300ZXttZMAN wrote:^thats funny
well the machine shop still has my block, rods and pistons. they better have it done monday becasue I have 4 days off next week. and its all dedicated to the car. My oil pan is almost done, Believe header issue is solved as well. I have 95% of parts. Driveshaft and downpipes will be the last of my worries when i get there.Ace2cool wrote:Awesome. How long till we get to hear a video of this beast firing up?
Dang. I can get them in 17 but only 8in wide.Ace2cool wrote:Width is width, offset is offset. Doesn't matter what the diameter of the wheels are. One thing I will tell you, however, is that you won't clear even the stock brakes with 15's. The stock 16's barely cleared.
They will clear rear, but I don't see you having 16/17/18 up front and 15's in the rear. Not to mention tires are only getting harder to find for smaller wheels.
being able to see the brakes would not bother me that much. I really want 10 wide in the back. Dang.300ZXttZMAN wrote:^^ Aaron I have put 15" wheels that were off a Z31 cleared on my car all the way around... They just look goooofy and it doesnt show case the Z32's brakes
I imagine the only 15" wheel that will fit would be the Z31
thank you. I thought about taking it off, there are so many holes under it though, and dents. It looka like crap without it.
