So, you think the 17x9.5+20 may stick out an inch further than the 18x9.5+15? That would be very odd. Maybe your OZ's just list their sizes differently?gumby74 wrote:Considering the fact that I have a pair of 17x9.5 +20 that I run occasionally, I would suggest going with the +30 offset. With the +20 offset of my OZ's, the wheel sticks out about a full inch. With a 245/40 tire and 2* neg camber, fender lips rolled, I will get some occasional rubbing. Not that big of a deal, but I personally refuse to do more than a fender roll, and prefer to keep my camber reasonably set. That's just my 2 cents.
Not at all. Discount Tire Co, $710 for the wheels.simmode1 wrote:If you don't mind me asking, where did you order from and what price did they quote you? Wheel + tire package?
Plz post pics when you get them mounted!
Whoa... talk about more bang for your buck!gumby74 wrote:$710?!?If not for the 3 1/2 sets of wheels I currently have taking up all usable storage space I would go and order me.....who am I kidding?I will probably pick up a set anyway. I am sure a slab of plywood over a set of wheels would make a somewhat usable table. In regards to the previously mentioned OZ's they are in fact a full inch wider (roughly 10.4") than the 9.5" width they are listed at. Apparently the width is measured from the inside of the beads as a 17x10 5Zigen also measures roughly 18x11 in diameter and width respectably.
No, 4x114.3 17x9 +12, just came out.simmode1 wrote:You mean 17x9.5+12, right? I am so in love with these wheels! I'd love to see tire specs & pics!
Oh and... you didn't wiegh them before you put them on by chance?
They are 235/45/17 front and rear. Friend had problems with 245s rubbing so decided not to do those and didn't want to stagger.simmode1 wrote:What! New sizes out!?!? Awesome! What size tires are those? 245/40/17?
