Ace, Anton...oops! :chuckle:
I knew one of you was in Texas, just the wrong "A" guy!

On another note, the Z's going back to Doug tomorrow...along with the Honda

If anyone would like to follow closer or keep in better contact for advice and parts/design help for myself or you, feel free to pm me and I can add you on facebook or the like. I'm also hoping to find or create a page/thread for race only/high hp z32 owners looking for new innovation and ideas without having to deal with people always asking basic questions on current tech pages. If this sounds like a good idea to you, let me know via pm as well.

Cheers until the next update :bigthumb:

So this weekend will be a change of pace and cars since I need to get my daily on the road so I can stop driving my truck. Redoing the suspension setup and modifying the shifter bracket before it goes in for fender work and an alignment.

And might as well throw one up of the winter beater

I've always thought the CRZs looked cool, just could never picture my 6'-2" 220 lbs self in one. I do like the Ford, 302 is a great engine only bested by the inline 6s that were famous for trucking well over 400k miles.

Thanks. Yeah the crz is a good daily, told myself it was staying stock when I bought it but that didn't last long. And the truck is in need of a rebuild for some more power to help turn the 35's but has a very clean body for being a 92

I was digging your CRZ too, not bad for a dd.
I have thought about doing something to my Accord, since there's one at the grocery always that I admire, but so far it's still Queen Z eating EVERY available $ I have just like a vulture female of our species. One day I'll get it some decent wheels, but even a drop seems out of the question with our roads and my longish daily commute.

My guess on the rear wheel bearings is that they shaved the useless part(if you don't have an oem parking brake anyway) off to reduce as much unsprung weight as possible.

Turns out I'm still alive. I've been in hiding trying to find more info and parts for the project. z32's in my area are getting fairly expensive and no one was selling a parts car so I managed to trade my truck for a running 1990 2 seater na 5 speed with 183xxx km on the clock.

I'll be driving the car around for fun and when it finally dies or i'm ready to work on the dal-tech I'll be stripping this car down to the shell. So any local guys looking for parts, I might be able to help you out as I should be getting three more of them by winter lol

Just figured I'd post up and reintroduce myself to any newcomers to the forums as I finally have time to post here and help some of you out again.

Hello again boys and girls. Seems I'm not very good at this build thread thing but I'll keep plugging away it.

Found another video of the car kicking a** and taking names while trying to find more info on it and the classes it ran in. Also been busy stripping out a parts car I picked up to get the dal-tech on its own feet again, so if any of you local guys need some parts from a 2 seater na I may be able to help

Here's a couple pics of the donor car

Awesome!!!!
Been wondering how things were going, love to see progress!
Just an FYI, there was a guy here on NICO looking for a brake pedal so maybe you can set something up there to help him out.

Can't wait to see more. So far all I get is my Dal-Tech version kicking a** in Forza Horizon2, so the real thing would be WAYYYY more awesome...

Yeah it has been pretty slow on progress. Started a new job and prepping the daily for winter, so all my money is going towards some more tools and new tires/alignment. But after that I should be able to start saving and throwing money at the dal-tech

I hear that on the reality-first thing, had to replace the Honda a little ahead of schedule with an '06 G35 so the TT is waiting until January most likely for final repairs. Sounds like we are both waiting for next year. And even then I'm loving my G35 so much I feel like throwing some money at it for some suspension and looking at what would be a smart way to turbo it, or whatever works best for it.

Haha yeah, as much as we would all love to throw all our money at the projects, life does come first. Looking at trading the crz for a tacoma so I don't get the urge to modify it and keep all my extra money for the z32 and shop upgrades. Plus I still want to go to texas to meet the guy who built my car and try and bring some parts up as well
