Can't see the pics, but wheel stud removal is pretty straightforward on most vehicles. I'll show you some pics to help out.
First, obviously, you take off the brake caliper and rotor. Then you should be left with this:
There may be a groove or cutout you need to line the wheel stud to be removed with, as pictured above.
Next, take a hammer and knock the old wheel stud out:
Give it a couple good whacks, and it'll pop right out:
Slide the new one in:
If you have "acorn" style lug nuts, you'll need to use some kind of spacer. Below is a nut I found laying around my shop. If you have "open" lug nuts, you won't need any kind of spacer.
Tighten it down, and make sure the shoulder is completely flushed with the wheel hub.
This was done on a Z32, but the procedure is pretty much the same for any vehicle, ever.
Warning: If the lug is not tightened down as far as it can go, you risk failure of the lug, and possibly loss of a wheel. These are just some pics I've had laying around for forever now and figured I'd bust them out. I forgot I even drew an arrow on that first one, haha. Hope this helped.
