Please register through the website. When they ask you which organization you are with, make sure you type in NICO.

Date: May 14 - 15. This is NOT Mother's Day Weekend! :dblthumb:

Cost:
Saturday - $20
Sunday - $15
Best Deal - Both days - $25

I will post up hotel information as soon as I talk to Gabel (LBCoupe). He is the one that secures that for us.

If you are flying in, Harrisburg PA is the closest airport. Southwest does not fly here. Closest airport for them is Philly.

see you there! :wavey:

Truth. Especially with the absurdly cheap booze at the oddly awesome hotel bar.

Signing up asap, see ya'll there!

So is it $20, $15, & $25 to get into the fairgrounds, or is that just the NICO tent?

Also, can we get a new thread/forum started in the events forum?

Can I just buy the 2-day spectator pass for the NICO event or must I register my truck as non-judged to get past the gate?

Finals week is the week before Carlisle! Whooo I'll be there. This'll give me a week to fix everything wrong with the car.

Also, my first Carlisle in which I can legally drink. Cheers!

Good point. What does the $25 cover? Entry into the fair grounds with your auto? That line was wicked retarded last year and I DO NOT want to stand in it again... If you pre register/pay this, do you still have to wait in that line anyway?

There will be an official thread started soon in the National events section that will hopefully explain everything. Papasmurf, staff is handled a bit differently. Torry or I will fill you in off-line.

Register your car!!!!

Regardless of whether you're "showing" or not, it's stupid to leave your car in a parking lot a mile away. Register it, drive into the fairgrounds and park in the NICO area.

Someone pick me up on the way.
If space is limited...I can fit into a medium/large sized trunk and can survive on potato chips and water.

I sent Patrick an e-mail with a link to this thread. He'll either pop in and answer your questions or give me the answers and I'll post them up. We're not in any rush, we still have 135 days! :) I just wanted to give you guys a heads up so you can plan ahead and mark your calendars.

Whammy! I plan on being there..

Carlisle is always a great event, and overall I think everyone would agree they seem to be about the most hospitable people to deal with as far events are concerned

I'm a maybe right now. There are some scheduling conflicts with regional associations in DC which have championship implications. I'll know for sure in a couple months.

Problem!!

I added the 2 day pass to the cart.
But at check-out, I can only select the USA or Canada as my billing address country.

Therefore, I can't get a pass, because they won't send one to me.

Quite discriminatory actually.. :(

I'm down. Just one question. Can I get off the pre-list if I can't make it?
BTW: Wich people I thinking of driving there from California?
